Brief Answer:
Need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can understand your concern, though.

PCOS is a common endocrine disorder and usually treated with lifestyle modifications and may cause difficulty in conceiving in young female.

Before answering your query I wanted to see your report in the past and want to ask a few questions from you, and then I will be able to assist you better.

Why you stopped all the medicine? (Because you were taking the proper medicine, which are helpful in conceiving you fast).

Are you having normal and regular menstrual cycle?

Are you overweight or obese?

Are you experiencing any other associated medical disease?

Please revert back to me with my answers.

Hope to hearing from you soon.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa

Brief Answer:
Life style changes may be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Nice to hear from you again though.

As I am not able to view your reports, so my advises according to your history are as follows-

-Start taking metformin and folic acid after consulting your treating doctor because metformin is effective in weight reduction and induce ovulation also and folic acid is helpful in the neurological development of the child.
-Start some exercise and keep your weight accordingly.
-Adopt a healthy and balanced diet rich in fiber, protein and low in carbohydrate.
Consume lots of fruits and vegetables.
-Do some yoga and meditation
-Use ovulation predictor kit to determine ovulation

-Your husband's semen analysis is normal?
-Is there any reason found out of abortion?

Hope to hearing from you soon.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
