Brief Answer:
Wait and watch for your period.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

You are taking a right treatment for PCOS.
Metformin cause increase insulin sensitivity, decrease obesity, decrease androgen and sometimes help in ovulation induction.

Progesterone causes withdrawal bleeding because in PCOs patient usually cycles are anovulatory and there is an excess of estrogen and decreased level of progesterone. Once you stop the medication or after 5 days course you will get periods within 5-7 days.

Apart from this treatment you should change your lifestyle, it may help in PCOS treatment.
-Eat low carbohydrate, leafy vegetables, fruits and whole grains in your diet.
-Do some yoga and meditation and reduce your stress.
-Do some exercise and maintain your body weight.
- Drink a lot of water

So wait and watch for bleeding few more days if you will not resume your period please consult your treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query If you have further questions I will be happy to help you.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
