I have found details of Chromifem tablet. It is a supplement and contains the following
Chromium Picolinate 500 mcg
Alfacalcidol 0.5 mcg
N-Acetylcysteine 600 mg
Biotin 1.0 mg

Chromifem helps in reducing symptoms of PCOS and should help treat your condition when taken with ovral G.

The 7.5 x 7.5 cm cyst is right ovary is a big one and first medications should be given for 3 months and then reviewed for decrease in size. In my experience cysts less than 3 cm in size resolve spontaneously. However please do not worry as even a 7.5 cm cyst due to hormonal problems can reduce significantly after taking treatment.

Medications are always the first choice of treatment when you have symptoms like weight increase of 10 kgs over 6 months. Surgery is done only as a last step when medications do not show response or the cyst is causing severe pain. Ovral G is combined oral contraceptive pill and also given in treatment of PCOS. As it is an oral contraceptive also therefore chances of having a pregnancy is rare. It is most likely that you will not get a pregnancy as long you take Ovral G.

Later on if you get pregnant once treatment is complete, there is no risk to your pregnancy. The right ovary cyst will also most likely reduce in size.
