Brief Answer:
Need regular folliculr growth scan
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You need to undergo regular follicular growth scan so as to know the date of ovulation.
You can have sexual intercourse on the day of ovulation which will increase the chance of pregnancy.
You need to take gonadotropin injections and clomiphene citrate tablets ( with your doctor's prescription) to increase size of follicles.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
