i had a sex month ago & then start taking birth control pills bcz i m having PCOS problem & today i had periods after 2 months and had really bad stomach pain & mass clumb came out, it was almost 3inch long .what that mean? was that mean i m pregnant or something?

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Sometimes after taking pill you may have problem of delayed menses or menstrual irregularities but in some cases it will come on time.
In your case, when you missed your period have you done your pregnancy test?
Because two things are there either this is endometrial tissue which comes out as you had menses after 2 months or it could be early misscarriage.

In your case, when you missed your period have you done your pregnancy test?

when first tym i had sex after few hours blood spots occur & after 2 days i had light periods & then i had a appointment with doctor because of my irregular periods and he recommend me for pelvic ultra sound and then advice me to take a birth control pillz because in ultra sound i have problem of PCOS. & last month i don't have period even after 35 days and then i start taking birth control pills ( YAZ plus) and now when i almost finish my 1 month med. i have a light peroids with 5-6 inchs clumbs and before the clumb came i had really bad stomach pain it was really painful. then after 2 hour when i went to washroom again same thing happen that mass clumb but now it was noting.
can u please explain this in details whats this happening with me. because i m really upset.& i can't talk about this with anyone because i m not married.
i did'nt take any pregnancy test yet.
i m very nervous about all this & i don't know what to do.

Decidual cast is built up with utrine lining due to progesterone effect.

so now i need to take a pregnancy test ???
should i talk about this to my doctor who prescribed my birth control pills & if i talk to him about that they know that i had ever sex???
moreover now i m feeling relax means like my tummy lose some weight. why ???

You can use hot water bag(luke warm) also.
Neck pain and headache could be due to cervical spondylitis and you can take a pain killer (eg. Paracetamol) as well as sleep on a hard bed.
