Brief Answer:
Please look for some university hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Health care magic.

I tead your query and understand your concerns.

Considering the complexity of case I feel a university hospital will be best suited for her. This is inferenced from the fact that complex cases are best dealt by medical team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists among others.

I need to acknowledge that she needs rehabilitation along with treatment as treatment only attempt may fail to offer her best recovery.

I also like to state that first focus on her recovery rather than the other secondary things. I understandit is important to teach a lesson for guilty but making our own house in order will be better thing at start.

l hope this answers you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

I understand where you coming from on the first priority is recovery but that's where I disagree she needs a dual diagnosis treatment cause the drug they tagged on her is what's keeping her from getting the proper tx why is that, if they would properly diagnosed her and give her the proper meds she wouldn't have to self medicate, but no one has taken the time to actually test her or observe for a proper dx all they hear is past drug user and they push her aside, that's why that Dr is being brought up on negligent charges now for that same very reason, unless you rich your screwed

Brief Answer:
I think we agree to each other

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.

I understand your disappointment with offered psychiatric services and probably you agree with me.

The recovery to me is complete recovery which includes effects of drugs, genetic issues, schizophrenia, bipolar, side effects of medications. I think rather than the dual diagnosis we need to make a comprehensive diagnosis which is best offered by university hospital.

I agree to your point that many of health care professionals treat individuals with history of drug abuse as second class citizens but it does not mean we need to stop searching for best option for her. I am not against the negligent charges and they should be brought if there is deficiency in service.

Thanks again.
