Brief Answer:
Better to get done sensitivity report.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Bronchiectesis is known to cause recurrent respiratory tract infection.
This is because collection of thick secretions.
These causes chronic infection like pseudomonas infection.
So better to get done sputum culture and sensitivity report.
Sensitivity report will guide you about effective antibiotic treatment.
On the basis of sensitivity report, at least 2 effective antibiotics should be started for atleast 1 month.
This is the standard practice in pseudomonas infection.
Single antibiotic is not recommended.
So please let me know whether you had sensitivity report or not.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
