Hence it is suggested stay at home, keep the extremities warm by covering them with woollen.
You cannot drive with Raynaud's. It looks like frost bite.
Prevention from exposure to the cold winds is better than medication and treatment of the complications.
Whenever you have skin paling and not getting enough blood you can put it in warm water and quell the attack.
There are certain NIACIN Vit B3 supplements that you can take from your doctor. There are other medications which can dilate the blood vessels and keep the attacks minimal.
