Question : Severe leg and hip Pain after walking a short distance. The same walk I have made, many times over the years. Also arm pain doing common chores. I've worked hard all my life, now I have severe pain, doing simple things. I'm a 54 year old male.

Detailed Answer: Hi, The leg and hip pain you experience after walking a short distance might be related to problems with: - blood vessels (blood circulation) - arthritis - nerves I suggest to do further examinations: - Doppler of the blood vessels of the legs - pelvis and hip X-ray - EKG and cardiac echo to exclude heart problems - ERS, CPR, rheumatoid factor for arthritis Hope it helped!
