Brief Answer:
Vitamin D supplements, no other treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The thyroid function tests reveal that the levels of T3 and T4 hormones is within normal limits, however, TSH is marginally increased.
An increase in levels of TSH with normal T3 and T4 suggests sub-clinical hypothyroidism.
No medication is required at this point of time , however, thyroid function tests especially T3 and T4 levels have to be closely monitored.
In case of fall in levels of T3 or T4, you need to consult your primary health provider.
The hemoglobin level is normal (as mentioned by you), however, serum iron levels are low.
Kindly, get serum ferritin and transferrin saturation done and post the reports for interpretation.
Serum levels of vitamin D are low thus vitamin D supplements are required,
However, consult your primary health provider for prescription.
Get serum calcium levels done also since serum calcium is usually reduced parallel to serum vitamin D levels.
Thanks and take care
