Brief Answer:
Your wife has UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and reports of routine urine test and culture that you have posted it appears that your wife has UTI the causative organisms being Citrobacter Koseri.
Citrobacter Koseri is a gram negative bacillus bacteria that causes infection of genitourinary organs and pneumonia .

The presence of 35 -40 pus cells is strongly suggestive of UTI which is confiermed on culture .

She needs to take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report like Cefriaxone or Amoxyclav twice daily .

Ensure she drinks more water to keep urine dilute

She should get cured within a week .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
