Suggest Treatment For UTI While On Nitrofurantoin

Question: I have been diagnosed with 3 STDs and a UTI. I have been prescribed nitrofurantoin. Is that going to take care of all three conditions? Otherwise healthy caucasion female 4'11", 150 lbs.
