Question: I am taking a vitamin pack with a water pill in it and also drinking lots of cranberry juice because I felt like I was getting a kidney infection or uti. but instead of having to pee like crazy which is the normal for me I am not hardly going at all. I don't even have the urge to go. But I am having some pain in my lower back and lower abdomen. What could I do? or Could this be a kidney infection or uti?

Brief Answer:
Could Be

Detailed Answer:
This could be a bladder infection.

If you are having a fever, then I suggest getting an antibiotic from your doctor. If not, then you can supplement with high dose Vitamin C that will make the urine more acidic to kill any bacteria there.
