Suggest Treatment For UTI

Question: i had UTI last month 15th i was on course as prescribed by gyno. during that time i also had cough, fever. i was taking syrup for cough but it didnt help. if i cough im getting pain in head. UTI was almost gone after completion of course but now again since 3 days i feel its coming back. i have given my samples for Urine culture and routine test. waiting for the reports. but since yesterday i have high fever when i take dolo it is reducing but coming back. i have body pains nagging dry cough. like my waist is paining lot. and neck pain is continuous. and right side middle part of my stomach is paining comtinously since yesterday. is this pain is due UTI? or anything else? i met GP today she told may the pain is due to fever. im not able sustain this continous irritating pain in stomach.

Pain in the abdomen is most likely to be due to the urinary tract infection.
You can take Drotin tablet or Urispas tablet to get relief from the pain.
Moreover, you should get an ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get further management accordingly.

thank u for the reply.
cough is not going. fever is coming after sometime only getting down when taken dolo. what should i do with this?
i had stomach pain whole night could not sleep. i will take urispas how should i take - time and dosage?
once my results are out for urine culture test ill share with u.

Hi dear, You can take Grilinctus syrup for cough.
Fever can be due to urinary tract infection also.
You should take Dolo 6 hrly to get relief from the fever.
Urispas needs to be taken twice a day.
Antibiotics should be started once the urine culture report comes.
