Brief Answer:
Exercises and Vitamin D supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the reports.

I have gone through the reports. All are within normal limits except total cholesterol and Vitamin D3.

The Total cholesterol is slightly raised. As the levels are slightly raised I would advise you to control it through regular physical exercise and diet restrictions. And get a repeat Lipid profile done after 3 months. If the levels are still raised then you need to start with cholesterol lowering drugs like statins.

Vitamin D3 levels are low. For this you need to take calcium tablets 500mg once a day and vitamin D supplements like D- Rise sachets once a week for 6 weeks after discussing with an Orthopedician. And get it repeated after 2 months. If the levels are still low then you need to continue the supplements further or as advised by the treating doctor.

Follow these instructions which will help you in improving your health status:
1. Regular physical exercises every morning from 7 to 8 A.M., if it's bright day in your place. This will keep you fit along with increase your sunlight exposure which helps in increase in production of Vitamin D.

2. Consume plenty of water, fruit juices and green leafy vegetables.

3. Avoid fatty and oily foods. Keep a gap of atleast 2hrs between dinner and going to bed.

4. Consume diet rich in calcium like Cheese, Yogurt, Milk, Sardines, Dark leafy greens like spinach, XXXXXXX turnips, and collard greens, Fortified cereals such as Raisin XXXXXXX Corn Flakes, Soybeans and ragi.

Hope this answers your query. If any further questions, will be happy to help you.

Regards.
