Brief Answer:
Normal process of healing

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in.

Blood clot does not stay for so long, it is replaced by granulation tissue that is white layer during healing, which later on sheds off. If its not hurting you, then no need to worry but in case you have pain or swellimg then consult your dentist.

Also do warm saline rinses.

Hope I've answered your query

Wishing you good health
