Hi,
Looking at the information, you are probably suffering from inflammation in the nose, throat and respiratory tract.
I've reviewed the image uploaded by you. There's inflammation in the throat including enlargement and inflammation of uvula.
You may find relief by taking the following medications:
1.Continue using Safepodox CV.It is an Antibiotic. I'd suggest discontinuing D-cold total.
2.Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily after food for next 2-3days.
3.Antacid like Rantac 150mg twice daily.
4.Antiallergic with Decongestant like Levocetirizine with Phenylephrine (you can use Decongestant only if you are not suffering from Hypertension-High blood pressure)
5.Nasal Decongestant drops like Oxymetazoline for the next 3-4 days.
6.Mucolytic like Ambroxol.
* Drink lots of warm fluids.
* Do steam inhalation.
* Avoid eating cold food and dust.
For the problem of snoring, it occurs when there is obstruction anywhere in your upper airway. It might be due to the increased size of uvula which you might be having the problem of the throat. In such a case, it would be advisable to consult an ENT specialist doctor for the Endoscopic examination of the upper airway to find out the cause and treat accordingly.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The doctor has prescribed you an Antibiotic (Augmentin), Antiallergic (Levosiz M) and a pain killer (Ultracet).
Looking at the image shown, inflammation in your throat including uvula and enlargement of uvula is seen. The inflammation will be relieved by taking anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen(which is also a pain killer). Also when using Ibuprofen, it may lead to acidity,so it is advisable to take Antacid like Rantac.
You may continue with Augmentin and Levosiz M as suggested by your doctor. Instead of Ultracet, you may take Ibuprofen and Rantac.
Also if your nose is blocked, you may take Nasal Decongestant drops like Oxymetazoline. For congestion in chest and cough, you can take Mucolytic medicine like Ambroxol.
After taking the above medicines for around 5 days, you should notice improvement.
The size of uvula will reduce but there is a possibility that the uvula size would be more ,even before this throat episode, which might be a cause for the snoring.
After completing the course of medicines, you may need an Endoscopic examination of your airway to find out the cause of snoring.
Hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
