Suggest Treatment For A Genital Wart

Question: I've had a spot right under my penis head for about 2 years now that felt like a hard tiny speck right under the skin. it's never changed or grown and only reason I knew found it was there is cause I engaged in some very light skin to skin sex rubbing for about 30 seconds and I was worried about stds. it's never grown, bleed or itched and no other symptoms but I worry about it being a genital wart. Attached are pics I took but they are very misleading size wise. I was scraping it with my nail yesterday for an hour straight digging into it trying to see if it was a cyst but couldn't get anything so it's tender red and swollen now. what could this be?

It seems like a genital wart to me, right beside the frenulum. It is definitely not a cyst. I suggest that you get it removed with either CO 2 Laser or Electrocautery.

are you sure? it's never been this pronounced before and it is because it stretched at it for a whole hour yesterday so it's a bit swollen

I've just submitted 3 pics back in better lighting and with redness and swelling gone down mostly. there is some yellow scabing and redness still where I tore off the top layer of skin by scratching it but pretty much looks like it has for years now. when I pull it he skin back or get an erection the puffy skin disappears so the bumb is not always there but that hard speck can be felt when running my finger over it searching for it. otherwise I'd never know, no other symptoms. I soaked it in vinegar yesterday to see if it would turn white and it did not. is there any other way to test at home or how it should feel?
