Brief Answer:
Bartolins cyst is the most probable reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Hard and sore lump in this location is usually a Bartholin`s cyst. It appears due to blockage or inflammation of a gland in this location. Due to inflammation an abscess appears. Pus appearance gives strong pain and hardness.
The best treatment of this issue is an incision and drainage. Pus should be evacuated. Without such treatment it will get worse.

Please consult gynecologist or general surgeon.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
