Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.
I can understand your concern for the pimple over the lower corner of the lip. After analyzing the pictures with diligence I can make out that the area is bit swollen and has pus in it.
To tell you simply - This is a condition of inflammation and infection of the oil gland. As the lip area has bit soft and fibrous skin so it causes more than usual of the pain.
There are certain important tips regarding your problem:
1. Do not pinch, pop or even try to touch any of the area.
2. Kindly avoid scratching any area of normal skin also, as it leads to minor entry points for the entry of bacteria.
3. Do not apply any cosmetics over and around the area.
4. DO not touch the area by your tongue as can cause further infection.
You can observe the area for next 12-24 hours. If the area is increasing then should meet a doctor immediately and get an antibiotic treatment by a doctor.
Presently you can take anti-inflammatory medication such as diclofenac or paracetamol or Ibupreofen for one to two times after meals. You can apply an antibacterial cream such as mupirocin or gentamycin.
I again suggest you to not try to touch or pinch or pop the area as can cause further spread.
I hope this information's will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
"Wish you good health and early recovery from the problem"
