Brief Answer:
Sebaceus cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Most likely lump in such location is a sebaceous cyst. This is a kind of benign lesion which does not turn into a cancer. However this type of lesion can get infected and turn into an abscess. That is why it should be removed.
Please consult general surgeon with this issue.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Thank you Dr Stanko! Is there a time period in which I need to have removed? If it is not bothering me , can I wait?

Brief Answer:
You can wait with it.

Detailed Answer:
There is no such period. We never know if and when it will get infected. But if it does not bother you few months waiting is fine.
