Suggest Treatment For A Minor Scalp Laceration After Injury
Question: I hit my head very hard at the right temple against an open cabinet. I knocked me to the floor. I did not lose consciousness but do feel feel queezy and panicked. It has been about 30 minutes. I did get about an inch long cut on my head that isn't very deep. Should I go to the ER?

4. Vomiting
5. Dizziness
6. Giddiness
7. Double Vision
8. Blurring of Vision
9. Numbness
10. Weakness
11. Bleeding from Nose
12. Bleeding from Ears
13. Bleeding from throat
14. Scalp Injury
Of these, you have got 5,6,14
Hence you have to go to ER
