Question: Good Morning,
I have a skin "rash/bite/wound" with a white raised center surrounded by a red ring. It is itchy but not sore to the touch. It is on my leg for over a week. What is it?

Brief Answer:
Infection, possibly fungal

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached image. It could be due to an infection, possibly fungal. There is an inflammation associated. I would insist you to apply some antifungal, antibiotic, mild steroid combination like Clobate GM (contains clobetasol, gentamycin and miconazole) few times a day for the next few days (not more than a week). You may take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for the next few days.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
