Suggest Treatment For A Pimple-like Bump On The Chest

I don't know what it is.
find the answer below.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
After careful observation of pic you have posted, I am of the opinion that it is an infection of hair follicle called folliculitis.
Most cases of infected hair follicle are minor and treatment is not required. Normally, the infection will clear on its own in 7 to 10 days. However, it is helpful if you use a moisturizer that has antibacterial properties. This will soothe and improve the condition of your skin. It can also decrease the chance of aggravating the condition as well as hasten the healing process.
Hope this clarifies your doubts. Revert back to me if you have follow up queries.

I think it has been there for longer than a week already. Or it may have been a pimple before that I popped. I am just worried it is something worse.
No need to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
there is no need to worry, it is unlikely to be something worse. Looks that way since you have popped it, but it will resolve and heal. You will have to keep the area dry and clean to aid healing process as dust and bacteria cling to hair of surrounding area and cause infections, hence I recommend you to apply neosporin powder thrice a day and shave the surrounding area if possible. Gently clean the affected area using antibacterial soap twice a day. Use a clean towel and washcloth. Clean them with warm soapwater after use and do not share with other people.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
