Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query and picture. There seems to be considerable amount of collection probably pus in the swelling. Incision and drainage will be required in such case. After draining of puss it can be dressed with glycerine magsulf and betadine ointment. Antibiotic therapy for 5 to 7 days should be taken also.
I guess, you will need to see a doctor physically. It is a simple procedure but should be done aseptically by trained expert.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

is there a alternative without incision
Brief Answer:
Yes, there is alternative.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and Welcome.
Thank you for your follow up query.
Incision is better and faster way to heal. But if you don't want to go for that then you will have to wait for the collection to drain by itself. It may take a while though. Until then you can do dressing with glycerine magsulf and betadine.
Oral antibiotic should be taken also. Taking vitamin C will be helpful for fast healing also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
