Brief Answer:
I strongly recommend that you go to the hospital!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Please kindly go to the hospital. You need good antibiotics and effective wound care. There is no need playing around as this infection can spread very fast and make conditions even worse. Not all penicillins are good for muscle infection even if garlic were to contain some sort of it. Also, how much quantity would you be able to receive from garlic?

I wish you well. Keep me posted on your progress and doctor's visit.
