Suggest Treatment For A Rash Near The Anal Region

Posted on Fri, 24 Jun 2016
Question: I am having a rash near my anus. I am unable to sit. My job requires me to sit continuously for 10-12 hours a day. I have recently come to the US for an assignment and this problem has come only after I came here. Is it related to unhygienic washrooms? Passing urine is also very painful.
It would be good if you can prescribe a medicine I can buy in US. Alternately I can ask my husband to send the medicine through someone who is coming to the US in the next 2 days.

Brief Answer:
Possible fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly understand your concern.

You probably seem to have acquired fungal infection.

This could be secondary to unhygienic washroom usage.Possibly try to avoid usage of such washrooms .

This requires treatment with oral pills of FLUCONAZOLE 200 mg one tablet once a day for 4 days. This will yield a great response.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further questions if any.

Thank you.

Would it be possible for you to provide me with an online prescription? It would be very difficult for me to get a medicine in US without a prescription.

Brief Answer:
Consider urinary testing prior to intake of antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

Please take Tab Fluconazole 200 mg one day once a day after a fatty meal.

Maintain adequate hydration.

Drink 2-3 liters of water a day.

Please get baseline urine tests-Complete Urine Examination and Urine Culture/Sensitivity testing prior to initiation of antibiotic therapy.Repeat these tests after 2 weeks of antibiotic initiation.

Additionally I recommend Syrup CYSTEX one tsp at bedtime daily for 1 week. This will help you to get rid of infectious agents soon.

Please cross verify with your physician before initiation of treatment.
Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.
