Question: in my child hood I fell on a stone I have a mark on my nose how can I remove it?

Thanks for the photograph.
The photograph is not very clear but shows that scar are deep
You can use vaniza or contratubex cream.
It helps in reducing scars.
Instead of hydroquinine use adapalene cream in night and clindamycin in morning.
