Hello,
if an open injury had occurred then tetanus prophylaxis would have been required. Since there's no open wound, nothing more is needed. I can't see any photo though.

Im gonna send you some photos little asap ok
Brief Answer:
nothing suspicious seen...
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the photos.
I don't see anything suspicious, although a photo cannot replace ordinary clinical examination. There's no sign of open wound, swelling or inflammation so no further action is recommended. If you do believe that there is something that I've missed then you should visit your primary care physician for a close look. What you've told me so far and what I've seen in the photos do not justify any further action though.
Kind Regards!

So you think any openings? should i go for testing
Brief Answer:
no wound, no test...
Detailed Answer:
Since the skin is intact (or at least it seems to be intact in the photo!) no further testing or action is required. If it were broken only prophylaxis against tetanus would have been required though. No tests.
Best Regards!

Brief Answer:
You'd better visit an ophthalmologist as soon as possible...
Detailed Answer:
If you're seeing floaters then this is a very good reason to visit an ophthalmologist at once. You've mentioned blindness in your right eye? How did that happen?

but a sinus could affect the3 eye and the humeri too
Brief Answer:
it may do so in very severe cases
Detailed Answer:
The eyes may get affected. Abscesses may form but this requires a pretty serious sinusitis which should become evident with serious symptoms (headache) and face swelling. Your description does not sound much like that. If this is your case then eye complications is a possibility too but the ophthalmologist should have a look first anyway.
Best regards!

I'm scared though ur saying the humeria could be the factor I feel swelling around the left eye u have Facebook please
Brief Answer:
please have a look at the link
Detailed Answer:
Please have to a look at this link that I found with a quick search. There are some pictures from patients with orbital complications. I'm sure you're not looking anything like them but please have a look. http://sinusitisunderstood.blogspot.gr/p/complications-and-referal.html
As you'll see in the link, the appearance of the patients is kind of dramatic...
I'm not sure what you mean by "humeria". Please clarify. I was referring to eye complications. I do have a facebook account but I don't use it much, so there is no point in sharing it.
You can upload a picture of your face if you'd like. It may help me to find out if your face resembles that of the patients' in the webpage. In any case, please do check with the ophthalmologist (I can't emphasize that more, can I?)
Kind Regards!
