Brief Answer:
Looks like impetigo, use oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed all the attached photographs though they are slightly blurred.
According to me it looks like impetigo which is a bacterial infection of the skin. It doesn't look like spider bite.
How did this spot started in the beginning? Was there some red bump in the beginning?
Is it associated with any symptoms like pain, itching, fever or any other complaints?
In such cases I recommend my patients to use oral antibiotics like cefixime or amoxicillin along with topical antibiotics like mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days.
This usually resolves the infection.
These are prescription medicines and you need to consult a doctor to get them.

Dr Asmeet
