Suggest Treatment For Abdominal And Back Pain After A Fall

Question: Hi, I fell hard off a chair a couple months ago. Onto my head, back and butt. Aside from twisting my knee and slicing my leg on the broken wood, I was just sore. For the past month or so I have had extreme pains in my stomach and back. I ended up in the ER. After telling Dr I smoked weed he chalked it up to cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome without further testing, besides a xray of chest. Went to gastro Dr found out I have stones. Pain is till intense and debilitating. Could this be another underlining issue frome my fall??
Brief Answer:
Pain is not related to fall
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Hope this message finds you in good health.
Thank you for posting the question.
Pain in stomach and back are usually a result of stones. I do not think these pains are anyway related to the fall neither it is due to hyperemesis syndrome.
Smaller sized stones are usually better treated by conservative means like drinking plenty of water, anti spasmodics like cyclopam or meftal spas.
Larger sized stones need surgical removal.
I would be in a better position to guide you if you could attach your reports here.
I hope this answer was helpful.
Thank you.
Kind regards.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to pancreatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have seen your reports and i feel that the pain that you are experiencing is due to gall stones as well as pancreatic disease.
Pancreatic disease needs more evaluation with a CT scan of abdomen.
Get your blood pancreatic amylase tested.
Let me know the CT reports once it is done.
Thank you.
Kind regards.
