Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand our concern. Bloated stomach and altered bowel habits with constipation and diarrhea with occasional incontinence and weight gain problems are all connected and point towards a bowel pathology.

One should start looking into inflammatory bowel syndromes like crohns and ulcerative colitis or diverticulosis etc. You will need endoscopy, colonoscopy and bowel sphincter muscles tones and defecography tests to find out any inflammatory cause for it.

Another possibility of irritable bowel syndrome should also be considered as it is common in women of weight gain problems and altered bowel habits. Diet lifestyle adjustments meanwhile should be considered. Eating small frequent meals, reducing caloric intake to 2 thousand calories in a day, avoiding dairy products, spices, soda, beverages, alcohol, tea, coffee etc. More fibers and fluids should be taken . Use of yogurt and peppermint will help the bowel symptoms. Sign up to an FDA approved weight loss program and let them help you. Also work up for metabolic cause of weight gain like hypothyroidism etc.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
