“As” per your clinical history is concerned you can do following things at home-:
(a)eating smaller and more frequent meals and take time to eat
(b)avoid fatty, spicy foods, carbonated beverages, caffeine, alcohol, and smoking etc
(c)try to maintain a good weight and make a plan for it
(d)practice relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing, meditations, and get plenty of sleep.
(e)try to avoid painkillers if not required at all.
(f)You can take a digestive enzyme after food for which you do not need any prescription
(g)For constipation you can take a fiber supplement daily at bedtime and if it is severe then tell your doctor to add a stool softener.
