Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps Along With Constipation

Question: ok this is the third time!!! I have been having severe stomach cramping for the last 2 days. I thought it was constipation so I took 2 ex lax this am and then drank some magnesium citrate. Had a large bm about an hour ago but the cramping is still there in addition when I move I get muscle cramps in my stomach area and down into my legs.

Severe abdominal cramps is definitely concerning. Diverticulitis or ischemic colitis are two major concerns here. CT scan of abdomen is required at this point for confirmation of diagnosis. The diseases affecting colon can cause electrolyte disturbances in the body which can contribute to the legs cramps.
You need immediate evaluation. So please be advised to follow up with the emergency room. You will also need blood investigations to look for infection (diverticulitis) and electrolyte imbalance along with CT abdomen.
