Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Discomfort In The Prostate Area

Question: my name is XXXXXXX and I am 60 years old in excellent health. No prior history of any similar issues. I have lower intestinal discomfort that has lasted about 3 days. It is worse in the morning but does not completely go away. It is more to the middle and on both sides and is a crampy feeling. When I had a bowel movement this morning there was a sharp pain but only for an instant. When I cough it causes the same sharp pain. I do not feel terrible but I do feel like I have a stomach bug of some sort.

bowel movements are smooth, not constipated. No diarrhea. Urinary system is okay. Some pressure on the prostate but not as bad as I have felt when I had BPH 10 years ago. biggest complaint is the cramping feeling and slight prostate pressure.
