Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Bleeding With Clots

Question: Not supposed to get my period for 10 days, got cramps, bled and passed a clot
Hi, I think you can have periods early sometimes due to stress factor also. Your age is also perimenopausal. So, it can be a perimenopausal symptom also.

So i shouldnt be worried? Ive never just suddenly bled. Then when i went to the bathroom i felt the clot.
Brief Answer:
Hi, I think you should observe your periods for few months.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to healthcaremagic.
I think this can happen occasionally. But if bleeding is heavy or pain persists, then you can consult a gynecologist for complete examination. If bleeding is normal like your Periods, it can be your periods happening early.
Observe your periods over next 2 months. If same thing happens again, you can go for evaluation by a gynecologist. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries if the problem persists.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any other query, I will be happy to help.
