Brief Answer:
Suspision of inflammatory bowel disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
1) Since when you have developed symptoms? Do you have increased frequency of stool, liquid consistency of stool?
2) If your symptoms is short duration and you suspicious about them to be developed after eating something raw, unhygienic, partially cooked food then it might be due to bacterial intestinal infection. You should undergo stool examination for routine and culture. You should start appropriate antibiotics therapy based on stool report. If frequency of stool is more than 7-8 per day then you should take medications to stop diarrhea also.
3) If your symptoms is not associated with previous food history and it is since long time then you must control diarrhea first with medications and undergo colonoscopy to confirm inflammatory bowel disease. In this disease inner layer of intestine become inflamed (redness + swelling) which affect absorption of nutrient from food and also responsible for mucus discharge with stool.
