Question: symptoms developing over the last 48 hours - abdominal pain - heartburn, frequent bowel movements, no fever, gas, headache, bloating. Could this be heat related or viral? I exercise a great deal and it has been 98. Taking antacids, pepto, Gatorade, Tylenol.
