Brief Answer:
Give some antibiotic with plenty of fluids

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Stomach upset in this age is usually due to some infection.
Antibiotic like combination of Ofloxacin with metronidazole helps. Dose in pediatric age group depends on weight of the child. I request you to consult a pediatrician for the proper prescription of medications.
Give plenty of fluids(ORS) to prevent dehydration.
Avoid giving juices, soft drinks and milk as these items precipitate the loose stool.

Watch for signs of dehydration like shunken eyes, dry lips/tongue, decreased frequency of urination or lethargy and if you notice any please consult your pediatrician immediately.

I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to help you further if you need any.
Regards
