Brief Answer:
As below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Doctor,

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

Looking at the current scenario, I feel that it would be better if you can go for a diagnostic laparoscopy with operative provision to release the adhesions and also get a biopsy.

Your blood and other tests point to inflammation. I would also like to know if there was any abdominal or vaginal procedure that may have caused this inflammation. Please let me know if any more investigations have been done. You can also upload the reports.

Since you have already tried most possible combinations, further medication without a proper diagnosis is not going to be of much help.

Hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.

Brief Answer:
Possible post-operative complication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Doctor,

Thanks for your feed back.

The possibility of the origin of the adhesions appears to be from the surgery performed as it takes some time for clinically recognizable adhesions to develop. The aggravation of the pain is due to the adnexal involvement in the adhesion.

Now, it remains to be seen to what extent the adhesions are present and the best method is a laparoscopy. Please select a surgeon with good experience in dealing with adhesions for this procedure. Further management can be planned based on the findings. Simple adhesions can be removed in the same sitting while extensive ones need a planned surgery.

Hope I have clarified your query. Please fell free to contact for any more information. I will be ready to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
