Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain

Question: I have tiny prickles all across my stomach--much like someone is pricking me with a needle. Not real painful, but I have never had them before about a month ago. What could cause this?

Where do I find an image to upload? I am not that tech savvy. I have given it more thought, and decided it is on my "spare tire" around my waist and upper edge of my abdomen.When I sit down it is like the feeling is on the "shelf" formed on mu upper abdomen.
