Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding

Question: Hi
I just have a question that might be nothing but wanted an expert opinion.
I am 27 years old. I started my periods at age 14. when it first started it was irratic. I got bleeding for a few months non stop and then I didn't have any bleeding for the next few months. it was a bit irregular after that and I would sometimes miss periods. saw a gp at around 15 or 16 and she gave me a combined oral contraceptive to regulate my period. but I only took it for about a month or two because of nausea and migraine. back then my periods where lasting about 5 days. then as I got older, as I got into university age I think it started to get shorter.. it became maybe about 3 days a month of bleeding and then now it's 2 days and not as heavy. I do still get some back ache, breast tenderness and sometimes a bit irritable just before my periods but nothing that is bad.
it's more regular now with a cycle about 33 days I think.. I do sometimes miss a period but I notice that's when I am stressed or not doing enough physical activity (I hardly exercise) or maybe it's nutritional I don't know but is this slow reduction in the length and amount of bleed something I should be concerned about? I want to have children in the next couple years so I just want to make sure I will be able to ..

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The menstrual cycles get regulated and the duration and amount of flow decreases as the age increases.
As long as the periods are regular, there is absolutely nothing to worry and it will not cause any problem in conception.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
