Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding

Question: Dr. XXXX update on your answer. I have continued the progesterone cream and I'm still bleeding. It was a month And a half skipped a week and again now for 7 days. Should i get medical treatment ?

Noe since you have been given the medical treatment including the progesterone and Tranexemic acid and it is not successful, I will advise you to have Dn C which will control the bleeding. Thank you. The only thing I tried was the cream. Is it harmful to be bleeding now this long? I was afraid of the surgery but if I have to I will. Will this cause my light headedess and anxiety too? My estragin was a little high so she suggested progesterone

Yes Mam, it can be harmful indeed.
In my opinion get the endometrium evaluated at the earliest and in case report is good then further plan will be easy in the form of hormone pills.
