Brief Answer:
There was no ovulation last time.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The non growth of the follicle is suggestive of absence of ovulation. Siphene is an ovulation inducing medicine. Since there was no ovulation with 50 mg dosage so the dosage has been increased to 100 mg to have an ovulation in this cycle. The exact cause of anovulation can be polycystic ovaries or a hormonal disturbance. In case there is no ovulation in this cycle also then you need to have all the hormonal tests and further investigations under the guidance of an infertility specialist to find the exact cause and further treatment.
