Brief Answer: XXXXXXX please follow these instructions.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

1. I would suggest that you give your kid some milk, as it coats the stomach lining, and prevents absorption of Xanax into the blood.

2. I'd ask you to take your kid to the ER, just to reassure yourself, and they would in the rarest of the rare instances, give him or her a shot of Flumazenil. This injection neutralizes doses of Xanax in the range of 25-30 mg instantaneously, leave alone a tiny nibble of a quarter of a Xanax pill.

3. Pediatrically speaking BZD's (Xanax) at such low doses, may cause, induction of sleep. The person then wakes up. Spontaneously.

4. It is indeed a very difficult feat for anyone, adults included, to get seriously affected by very high doses of Xanax. People who overdose on Xanax, for whatever reason, find themselves waking up, naturally eventually.

5. Lastly, Xanax is a short acting drug. It's eliminated rapidly from the bloodstream.

6. Finally, let me remind you that Xanax is from the same family of drugs that Valium is. And doctors inject upto ten's of times the above dose of Valium directly
intravenously for people who suffer from repeated seizures.

I would choose the path of least resistance, meaning, the path of action that gives you maximum peace of mind, given these facts.
