Question: Last night I put Palmers fast absorbing cocoa butter hand cream on my hands and it says avoid contact with eyes. This morning around 7 hours later I got up and rubbed my eyes. I assume there should be no need to worry because the cream was totally dry when I rubbed my eyes and couldn't harm my eyes?
