Brief Answer:
Observe for the symptoms related to side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank a for asking on this platform

Ibuprofen is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug and the usual dose is 10 mg/kg/dose(maximum 40 mg/kg/day).
The average weight of 2 years old child is around 12 kgs.
The side effects of ibuprofen when taken in higher dose are nausea, vomiting, bleeding from intestine, abnormal movement (seizure),breathlessness or anxiety.
I won't get overly worried as the dose consumed is not very high (it's about 16 mg/kg) and side effect usually occur at higher dose.
Still I would suggest you to observe for symptoms related to side effect and if you notice any consult emergency department or a pediatrician immediately.

Wishing for your baby's good health.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards
