![default](/r/images/default.png)
My heart rate is barely 70 beats per minute. It usually is around 85 to 90.
I am taking Morphine for a stomach ulcer.
Please advise is there any need for worry - there is no chest pain.
Common causes of fatigue and your symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HealthcareMagic,
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.
A heart rate 70 per min is normal so you don't need to worry about that.
As per the fact that you are tired all the time you need to get checked to make sure that you are not having a heart failure.
- Is your blood pressure normal in general?
- How is your diabetes controlled?
- Do you have any swelling in your legs?
If all these are normal under medication then the next step is to rule out possible anemia by doing a complete blood count and also to rule out hypothyroidism by doing a TSH.
These are the possible causes that cause fatigue.
Take a painkiller for the pain and aches like Paracetamol 500mg.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
