Hi
As per the description , it could be acid peptic disease.
The nights add stress which will worsen the pain.
Do not skip breakfast.
Avoid carbonated drinks, caffeine products, spicy food.
Pain killers should be avoided.
I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole and Sucralfate syrup to my patients with similar complaints.
Smoking and alcohol have to be avoided.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
If the symptoms are persisting, please consult your doctor and get an Upper GI Endoscopy and Ultrasound abdomen.
