I am so sorry to hear about this diagnosis and all the inconveniences this has caused you. Gastric problem simply means a problem with the stomach. Acid reflux would be a more precise diagnosis.

I am concerned about the potassium gluconate. This can cause pill induced esophagitis and gastritis. This manifests with pain just below the breastbone. Please, drink so much water after this medication and avoid leaning forward or going too bed shortly after taking this medication.
